Procedure for sending reports
Reports must be submitted through the ComplyLog digital platform, accessible at the following link: Whistleblower.
The reporting process is done with the following steps:
1. On the introductory page there are two icons: Submit a case and Follow a case, clicking on the first one gives access to the page where the report can be filled in. Also, by clicking on the drop-down menu, you can choose the language in which you wish to continue.

2. The procedure involves filling out a form through which to describe the report in detail:
- Filling in the box with personal data is optional; if you wish to remain anonymous, simply uncheck the Provide my personal data box.

3. The next screen lists the details entered on the previous screen and allows you to examine the details to make sure they are correct. Then:

- Next, you need to categorize the report by selecting one of the macro-topics indicated. If you are not sure which case topic the complaint relates to, click on the icon next to each topic to find an explanation of the term.

- Confirm that the details are correct and true.
- Visit the privacy policy and terms of use pages, which can be viewed via the relevant links.
- Confirm that you have read them.
- Type the random selection of letters and numbers in the CAPTCHA text box.
4. After clicking the Submit button, the platform generates the case token ID; it is crucial to keep it carefully, as it will be used to access the system, check the progress of the report, answer questions, and receive feedback on the outcome of the investigation.

- Finally, filling in the event description box is mandatory. In this section, attachments, video and audio files can be uploaded to support the report. Once you have completed the compilation, you must click on the Review button to continue.
There is no way to retrieve the token if you do not save it. Without a token, you will have to resubmit the report.
Two options are available to save the token ID:
- Click the Copy icon to copy the token ID to the clipboard. You can then paste it in a safe place.
- Click the Download icon to download the token ID to your device in .txt format.
Once you have saved the case ID token, click the Close button.
At this point, a box will be displayed to check if the token has been saved:
- If yes, click Yes, I have saved the token. This will return you to the home page.
- If no, click No, I have not saved the token. This will return you to the screen showing the token, save the token, and then click Close again.
5. Should you wish to follow up on your case, simply return to the introductory page and click on Follow up on a case, entering the token number you received and saved after submitting the report. Within this page, you can:
- View case details (date, time and topic of the event, as well as city, country and description previously sent).
- View messages sent between the user and the Review Committee, which can be contacted for further details, evidence, or questions. The administrator can also contact the user in this section to ask follow-up questions or send a message.
