WHO WE ARE

Founder-led. Mission-driven. Clinically rooted.

Unobravo was founded by Danila De Stefano, a clinical psychologist before becoming an entrepreneur. Her background is not a footnote: it’s the foundation of everything we do. She leads the company with deep conviction, a clear sense of purpose, and holds an active role in shaping our culture every day.

Unobravo is the point of reference for anyone who needs psychological support.

OUR VISION

We want to create a world where taking care of our mental health is considered normal.

We’re not here to look good on paper.. We’re here to make mental health care accessible, effective, ethical, scalable, and stigma-free.

And we’re doing it — with over 8,000 licensed therapists, more than 5 million of sessions delivered in our first 5 years, and operations in three countries (for now).

The journey is far from easy: we are contribuiting to changing the status quo of mental health, it requires ethics, rigor, discipline, out-of-the-box thinking and ambition. But it is deeply meaningful - especially for those looking to build purpose-driven mental health careers.

Our Therapists are part of this journey

Our therapists are core to who we are: not just in delivering care, but in shaping the future of Unobravo. They are part of our community, our culture, and our innovation process. They are us!

We actively involve therapists in co-designing product features, testing new ideas, and bringing clinical insight into marketing, technology, and operations. Their feedback influences strategic decisions, not just therapeutic practice.

We also invest in creating an ecosystem where therapists can thrive, not just work. Because when therapists are empowered, patients receive better care. That means providing continuous opportunities for learning, professional development, and growth. We elevate, empower and provide training to our therapists - because when they shine, we all do.

We don’t use them as labels, they are not buzzwords for us. For us, diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and ethics are embedded in how we think, hire, and operate.

Unobravo is an international mental health company with teams across Europe.

We work in English every day, so a good level of fluency is important to feel included and confident from the start.
We offer free English courses and tools, but a solid foundation is needed to thrive here.
